Leadership is about curiosity, initiative, and caring enough to make things better, whether that\u2019s improving processes, mentoring colleagues, or building meaningful systems for your family.<\/p>\n<p>Even without a formal role, work-from-home parents who homeschool can demonstrate leadership every day by asking thoughtful questions, documenting processes, supporting others, and creating intentional routines. Leadership isn\u2019t about hierarchy\u2014it\u2019s about influence, trust, and results.
